A new platform named FWD has been introduced by Indian e-commerce startup Myntra with a focus on Gen Z users. For this demography, the platform seeks to provide fashionable goods at reasonable prices.
The FWD platform from Myntra will provide a variety of goods from well-known and up-and-coming companies, including clothes, accessories, footwear, and personal care products. The portal will also have a social community element that enables users to interact with one another and share fashion-related material.
By 2025, Myntra hopes to gain 10 million new consumers by appealing to a younger generation through the launch of FWD. By offering a distinctive shopping experience and a large selection of items that are tailored to the wants and tastes of Gen Z customers, the company hopes to achieve this goal.
Given that Gen Z consumers are taking a bigger role in the global retail market, Myntra’s decision to concentrate on them is a strategic one. Gen Z clients give a big opportunity for e-commerce companies like Myntra to increase their customer base and income due to their strong spending power and inclination for online shopping.
